Masterclass Tony Adigun
Tony Adigun is in Rotterdam at the end of June as a jurymember for the Rotterdam International Duet Choreography Competition. RIDCC offers you the unique chance to work with him. Adigun is an award-winning urban choreographer, dancer, creative director, curator, educator, and mentor. He started his career in the commercial dance industry, where he choreographed and toured with big personalities like: Janet Jackson, Usher, Ashanti, Mel B, JoJo, Cheryl Cole, Paloma Faith, Whitney Houston. Later on, this led him into working for brands and TV roles taking the spot as Creative Director of Sky One’s ‘Got To Dance’. He has also worked with commercial giants such as Cirque Du Soleil, Nike, Adidas, and the BBC and has obtained international success. Tony is the founder and artistic director of the progressive hip-hop company “Avant Garde Dance”.
The workshop
A 2 hour urban inspired dance intensive designed to enhance and develop your understanding of composition, movement, musicality, improvisation and character.

Masterclass Club Guy & Roni with Igor Podsiadly
Club Guy & Roni is one of the partners of RIDCC. It’s an international dance company that continuously pushes the limits of modern dance and contributes to the evolution of the discipline while expanding its target audience. Choreographers Guy Weizman and Roni Haver are both Israeli choreographers living and working in the Netherlands. They started their career in the Bat Sheva Ensemble in Tel Aviv and danced with several companies through Europe. In 2002 they started their own company, Club Guy & Roni in the city of Groningen.
The workshop
On the final day of the competition they present a 2 hour masterclass. Dancer Igor Podsiadly will introduce you to the creative work and world of choreographers Roni Haver and Guy Weizman and teach the participants a duet from their recent choreography Mechanical Ecstasy.
Igor Podsiadly
Igor Podsiadly was born in Poland, and in 2008 graduated from the Codarts (Netherlands). Since 2005 he has been a member of dance company Club Guy & Roni. Igor won the “Gouden Zwaan 2014” prize for his role in Naked Lunch, by Club Guy & Roni.
